The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing this notice of mandatory recall for multiple flower products packaged by Higher Ground Holdings, LLC due to the presence of Aspergillus niger and due to inaccurate labeling, that reports more cannabinoid content than the products contain.DCC Recall Publication Date9/27/2024
